Samsung has added the new eco-friendly R32 refrigerant to its ducted air conditioning range. Refrigerants are an essential part of air conditioning, and it is important to choose a refrigerant that has a low environmental impact. R32 Refrigerant has a lower Global Warming Potential (GWP)* of 675 compared to R410A GWP of 2,088. R32 is also a zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) refrigerant- which minimises the effects on the ozone layer.
With a Twin BLCD compressor and auto ESP, Samsung’s ducted system heats and cools your
space in a matter of minutes and maintains optimal air-volume automatically. Able to function
in areas with outside ambient conditions between -15°C to 50°C for cooling & -20°C to 24°C

The digital indoor fans auto ESP allows for a wide range of installation applications, in the case of large two-storey homes the indoor fans static pressure can be increased to help push air down to the lower level of the home.

When compared to the previous DUCT S2 models the all new Premium DUCT S2+ models deliver up to 25% more airflow. As an example the previous DUCT S2 12kW model delivered up to 720 l/s where the latest DUCT S2+ model delivers whopping 900 l/s while using less energy.

Save money on your power bill with Samsung’s energy-efficient digital inverter technology. Unlike traditional fixed speed compressors which cycle ON (full energy usage) or OFF (no energy usage) as the temperature in the home fluctuates the digital inverter technology allows the compressor to speed up and slow down to conserve energy depending on the amount of cooling capacity required saving you money.
